In our booking system, you will find all the events we have planned in the nearest future – our upcoming menus and events are also realeased there, on an ongoing basis. There you will also find specific information about which dietary restrictions we can adapt to at the different menus.
We change the direction of our menus often, to ensure that we have room to develop through continued creativity, new challenges and tro feed our constant developing ambitions that spring from previous creations we have made. By always letting our restaurant have a lot of change, we enable for ourselves to create with different styles and from varying starting points. Sometimes the menues are secret and only presented continouysly on our social medias during the time they are served, because we think they are not supposed to be presented in only text form, as well as because we know that the element of surprise is often appreciated by our guests. Other times, they are presented here below but also on our social medias – because we always like to describe our food with both pictures and words, and therefore you will find previous dishes and menus there.
What consistently applies in all the menus we serve, though, is that we want to create food that we can be proud of ourselves, with many local ingredients as well as flavors from the forest incorportaed into the dishes. Whether these dishes are served in large tasting menus, smaller set menus, or some other format, however, constantly varies.
